Leon Jacques (78) of Brockton died March 9th in his home under hospice care and surrounded by his family. He was the loving husband of Wilmine (Jean) Jacques.
He was born in Pilate, Haiti son of the late Mercie Frail and Felix Jacques. He was a member of the Temple Adventist de Brockton. Leon loved his church and preaching the gospel, singing and painting scenes at home in his spare time.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 2 daughters, Carline Jacques of Brockton and Myrlene Compere of Georgia, a son Serge Jacques of Brockton, 2 brothers, Andocles-Marc Jacques of Brockton and Conjute Jacques of Haiti, 3 sisters, Roseline, Alice and Merci Jacques all of Canada, 6 grand and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be Celebrated Sunday March 19th in the Temple Adventist de Brockton 237 Court Street at 3 pm. Burial in Melrose Cemetery Monday March 20th at 11 am. Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Saturday March 18th from 6-9 pm.
