Obituary

Mark Oliva, age 62, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017.
Mark is survived by his brother, Matthew Oliva III of Hyde Park, his twin brother, Michael Oliva of Weymouth, his brother, Stephen Oliva of Webster, MA and his sister, Susan Showalter of Binghamton, NY. He is predeceased by his parents, Matthew J. Oliva Jr. and Elizabeth Metcalf and his brother David.
Mark was born in Quincy, was raised in Weymouth for 25 years and lived in Taunton for 10 years before moving back to Weymouth with his twin brother, Mike. He served his country as a Sergeant in the Army and was a polisher of Prosthetics for Johnson and Johnson in Braintree and Taunton for 20 years.
Friends and relatives are respectfully invited to visiting hours for Mark on Friday, March 10 from 9:30 to 11 AM at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth immediately followed by the Funeral at 11 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Massachusetts National Cemetery at 1:15 PM.
