Eugenio Vaz (65) of Brockton died suddenly February 22nd 2017 in the Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton.
He was born in Mosterios, Fogo, Cabo Verde son of the late Cosimino Miranda and Jorvania Vaz. In Cabo Verde Eugenio was a convenience store owner. He enjoyed playing cards and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include 4 sons, Jose Vaz of Brockton, Dantas, Alende and Casiniro Vaz all of Cabo Verde, 2 daughters, Eugenia and Maria-Eugenia Vaz both of Cabo Verde, 13 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 10 brothers, Nataiel, Amando, Afredo, Antonio, Octaviano, Sauel, Pedro, Adriano, Artur and Andero, 2 sisters Maria and Eugenia.
Funeral Services from the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street, Brockton Saturday February 25th at 8 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Edith Stein Church at 9 am. Burial will follow in Melrose Cemetery Brockton. Visitation Friday February 24th from 5-9 pm.
