WEBSTER – Rita B. (Placzek) Kolak died Saturday, February 18, 2017 in Harrington Healthcare at Hubbard. Her husband, Joseph A. Kolak, Sr., died in 1969.
She leaves a son, Joseph A. Kolak, Jr. and his wife Patricia of Marlborough; a daughter, Patricia K. Mendillo and her husband Francis of Webster; 5 grandchildren, Kathleen, Gina, Kim, Julie and Nicolas; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Her family was her life.
The funeral will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, February 24, in Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street (please meet at the church). Burial will be in St. Joseph Garden of Peace. There are no calling hours. Donations in her name may be made to St. Joseph School Immediate Needs Fund, 53 Whitcomb St., Webster, MA 01570. Arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster.
