Augusta GA. - Donna Boggs Dobbins (58) wife of Michael Howard Dobbins entered into rest Thursday, February 16, 2017.
Mrs. Dobbins was a native of Calhoun Falls, SC. She was a member of the Calhoun Falls SC HS Band and graduated in 1977. Being a military wife, she traveled the world and lived in such places as Europe and Hawaii. After her husband’s retirement from the Air Force, she resided in Augusta Ga. and attended Oak Grove Baptist Church, Augusta Ga. Surviving family members include her husband of 31 years Michael, brothers and sisters in law: Mickey Boggs and wife Leslie of Easley, Scotty Boggs of Calhoun Falls, William Shane Gary of Iva; Rhonda G. and Daniel Latham of Abbeville, SC, She was preceded in death by her parents V. Wendell Boggs and his wife Alice and sister in law Michelle Gary Ford.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 25, 2017 at the Pentecostal Church of Calhoun Falls. Family and friends will be received from 1-2 pm with the service starting at 2 pm. A private burial with family only will take place at a later date.
