Born on June 16, 1939 in Perry, Oklahoma. Spencer was in the Auto Body Shop business for 30+ years. He was known for racing cars and entering many car show and contests. He has won many trophies even the World of Wheels of MN. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph & Clello; siblings, Billy, Leon, Alice and baby boy Tilmon. Survived by children, Lance (Jackie), Jeff, Spencer (Roxanne), Shawn (Teresa), Darrell (Kimberly), Cristy (Arthur) Tilmon-Bell; wife, Beverly Seyler; stepdaughter, Krista (Bill) Seyler; Spencer also had 2 other children, Melissa Kusterman and Brandon Klimek; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and beloved dog, Spinny. Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday (February 23, 2017) 2:00 PM at K & J Special Occasions, 2548 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, MN. Everyone Spencer met became an instant friend. He had a contagious smile and laugh.
