BILLERICA - Joshua Michael Chestnut, age 29, a member of a well known area family, died peacefully at his home on Tuesday, February 14, from complications of Epilepsy that began in his teenage years.
He was the beloved son of Jeffrey and Sharon (Theriault) Chestnut, with whom he resided. He graduated from Shawsheen Valley Technical High School, Class of 2005, with Honors, in their Diesel repair program.
Joshua loved music, was a drummer, had his own Podcast program, loved Go-Carts and all things NASCAR, and had a soft spot in his heart for animals, especially his feline friend, “Nova.” In his early teens, he was a member of the Civil Air Patrol at Tew-Mac Airport in Tewksbury, and he loved spending time with his Theriault grandparents at Big Island Pond in New Hampshire. Joshua was the family go-to guy for computer repairs and problems, and was considered the family “computer genius.”
Besides his parents, he leaves three sisters, Brittany L. Chestnut and her partner Alex Vito, Danielle A. Chestnut-Ciocco and her husband Angelo, Kayla P. Chestnut; nephews and niece, Alexander, Bradley, and Natalie all from Billerica; numerous and beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visiting hours Sunday, Feb. 19, from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. in the Tewksbury Funeral Home, corner of 1 Dewey and 975 Main Sts. (Rte. 38) TEWKSBURY CENTER, Ph. (800 in MA or 978) 851-2950.
