June B. Duggan (Geissler) age 87 of Canton passed away February 4th at the Hellenic Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Canton, she graduated from Canton High School and Quincy City Hospital School of Nursing. June was a Registered Nurse at the Quincy City Hospital for many years before retiring. She was a lifelong resident of Canton, where she was a member of the Canton Catholic Women’s Club, FISH, Meals on Wheels, the Canton Garden Club and Wampatuck Country Club. June enjoyed spending summers in Falmouth. Beloved wife of the late William E. Sr. Mother of Nancy D. Lenhart and her husband John of Hingham, William E. Duggan, Jr. and his wife Carol of Canton, Thomas P. Duggan and his wife Katie of Canton and the late James M. Duggan and Judith Summers. Mother in law of Jill A. Duggan of Canton. Aunt of Gerald Christian of Canton. Sister of Alyce Kulpa of CA and Charles DiGerolamo of Stoughton. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Monday 3-7 pm. Funeral mass at St. John the Evangelist Church Canton Tuesday morning at 11:00.
