FALL RIVER… Sophie A. “Sue” (Pabijan) Dubiel, 96, of Fall River passed away January 26, 2016 at Charlton Memorial Hospital.
She was wife of the late Anthony J. Dubiel.
Born in Fall River, she was daughter of the late Walenty and Agnieska (Hadala) Pabijan and was a lifelong resident of Fall River.
Mrs. Dubiel was an honorary member of the St. Stanislaus Senior and enjoyed reading and knitting. She worked as a Sewing Machine Operator and after leaving the local textile industry, Sue went to work for the former Zayers of Fall River.
Survivors include her daughter Barbara Dubiel of Fall River several nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Monday, January 30th at 9 AM from the BOYKO MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 709 Broadway Fall River followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. Stanislaus Church, Rockland St. Fall River. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Sunday, January 29th from 4 – 7 PM.
