Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Bavineau of Dorchester on January 19, 2017. Daughter of the late Frank and Grace (Doherty) Bavineau. Sister of Peter Bavineau and his wife Jodi of Bridgewater, John Bavineau of Beverly and his late wife Kathy and the late Frankie Bavineau. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held at the Brady & Fallon Funeral Home 10 Tower St. (Opp. Forest Hills MBTA Station) Jamaica Plain on Tuesday January 24 from 4-8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday January 25 at 10:30 am. Relatives and friends are invited. Interment in The Gardens of Gethsemane, West Roxbury. Betty worked in the banking field until her retirement. She loved to travel and was a devoted sports fan. Betty will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
