Ethel E. Milligan (Verity) age 91 of Canton passed away January 19th at the Hellenic Nursing home surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Canton, she graduated from Canton High School and was a lifelong resident of the town. She worked for the Bank of Canton for many years and retired as the Assistant Treasurer. Beloved wife of the late William B. Jr. Mother of Nancy Farrell and her husband Norm of FL, David Milligan and his wife Carol of Canton and Ann Gagnon of Lakeville. Sister of the late Ernest and Arnold Verity. Grandmother of Kimberly Stockus, Kristin Noone, Justin Milligan, Katie Milligan, Aimee Mattei and her husband Daniel and Jillann Gagnon. Also survived by 6 great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her lifelong friends Helen Sumner and Pat Fama. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Monday 4-7 pm. Funeral service at the Congregational Church of Canton 1541 Washington St. Canton Tuesday morning at 11 am. Burial Canton Corner Cemetery.
