Miller, Mary Anna ( Zoller), 72, entered into eternal rest on January 17, 2017 in Louisville.
She was the daughter of Chester Edward Sr. and Edith Mae (Dutton) Zoller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Chester Edward Zoller Jr.
Mary Ann was a 1964 graduate of DuPont Manual High School. While working as a bookkeeper at Continental Investment Corp., she was instrumental in preventing a robbery attempt. After more than 25 years of dedicated service, having received numerous acknowledgements, she retired from Kroger in 2002.
Mary Ann was a member of Salem Evangelical and Reformed Church. While a parishioner at Salem, she was most proud of participating in the fundraising for construction of the old Methodist Hospital.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Courtenay Ann Miller; her nephew, Dywayne Zoller (Angie), and their daughter, Julia; her niece, Kim Jefferies and her children, Jessie and Candice. many loving friends, and Linnie Jenkins to whom she was the World’s Best Friend.
Funeral services will be Monday at 1:00PM at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial is in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday 1:00-8:00PM, and after 9:00AM Monday.
The family requests that acknowledgements of sympathy be made to the Masonic Home or Norton Children’s Hospital.
