Methuen – Richard T. Gribbin, 81 of Methuen, passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the Nevin’s Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre in Methuen with his loving wife by his side.
Born in Portland, Maine on December 7, 1935, Rich was the son of Philip P. and Clara (Brennan) Gribbin. He graduated from Saugus High School and worked as a tax collector for the Internal Revenue Service in Andover, where he met his wife. He worked there for 33 years until his retirement. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Worcester.
Rich will be deeply missed by his wife of 44 years, Nancy C. Gribbin of Methuen, his sister, Peggy or Arizona; and 4 nieces.
At the request of the family, all services will be private.
