Patricia (Viglione) Keenan, age 69 of Methuen passed away on December 20, 2016. Patricia was born in Lawrence on December 6, 1947. She attended the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Grammar School. Patricia was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School, Class of 1965 and the McIntosh Business School. She retired from the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, where she was one of the first female foremen. Her biggest passion in life was caring for animals. Throughout the years, Pat rescued and adopted several dogs, and cats from the Nevins Farm-MSPCA shelter.
Pat is survived by her cousins, Mark Andrews of Haverhill, Alan Andrews of Haverhill Rita (DeFelice) Sogno of San Jose, CA, and Debbie Sogno of San Jose, CA, William DeFelice of San Luis Obispo, CA, and Richard DeFelice of Chico, CA. She is also survived by her special friend and devout caretaker John “Jack” Carney.
