Elizabeth Laughlin
Augusta, GA – Ms. Elizabeth S. Laughlin, 65, entered into rest Friday, January 6, 2017.
Ms. Laughlin was a native of Doylestown, OH but was a resident of Augusta for 31 years. She spent 20 years as a military wife and saw the world. She loved animals, arts and crafts, and gardening. She was a homemaker who enjoyed going on cruises with her devoted companion, Augustine. Elizabeth was a loving, caring, and giving mother, grandmother, and friend who will be missed by many.
Family members include her daughters: Stephanie Bussey and husband Michael, Jacqueline Weis and husband Kenney, Jennifer Guilbeau and husband Shane; grandchildren: Gabriel Bussey, Noah Bussey, Chloe Weis, Colin Weis, Caleb Bussey, Sophia Guilbeau, Olivia Guilbeau, Tristen Bussey, and Ethan Bussey; sister: Bonnie Easterling and husband Darrell; nieces: April Heaps, Amber Davidson; nephew: Jason Davidson and his wife Mahala; loving companion: Augustine Bunce.
A memorial service will be held Monday, January 9, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son.
