Robert Pierce Polley Jr., 78, passed away Friday, January 6, 2017. Born July 9, 1938, in Portland, OR, to Robert and Maxeyn Orr Polley, Mr. Polley graduated from Oregon State University and worked as a mechanical engineer at Point Magu Naval Base for 40 years. In 1964, he married the love of his life, Patricia Smith, and together they raised 7 children. He is preceded in death by Patricia and twin baby granddaughters, Sasha and Isabella.
Bob is survived by his sister Lorraine DeLaittre; his 7 children and their spouses: Maureen Polley, Christopher and Nichole Polley, Sean Polley, Stephen and Shannon (Polley) Clune , Brian and Lisa Polley, Patrick and Jen Polley, and Gregory and Anna Polley; and 25 grandchildren: Calista, Patrick and James Bowman; Brandon, Kiersa, Sean, Sophia and Seleste Polley; Bridget, Abaigeal, Declan, Madeleine, Cormac, Lily, Anabel, Finbar, and Eva Clune; Otto and Violet Polley; Noah and Teagan Polley; Evelyn, Genevieve, Felicity and Eamon Polley.

Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on Thursday January 19, 2017 at 10am in St. Mary Magdalene Chapel, 2532 Ventura Boulevard, Camarillo. Burial will immediately follow in Conejo Mountain Memorial Park, Howard Road Camarillo.
