Jessie "Ann" Polly

Jessie "Ann" (Simmons) Polly, 58, passed away January 3, at her home in Greenfield, from an extended illness. She was born on May 10th in Lafayette, IN to Horace and Helen Simmons.
Ann grew up in Frankton and married Don Polly in 1974. She spent the next 20 years moving around the country as an Air Force spouse, gathering lifelong friends along the way. She finally settled in Greenfield in 2003. Ann enjoyed tending to her flowers, reading books, crafts and hobbies, anything on sale or free, General Hospital, but most of all, her family and grandkids.
Ann is dearly missed by her husband of 42 years, Don Polly; her children, April, Heather, and Joshua Polly; siblings Jerry, Billy and Henry Simmons; grandchildren, Faith Swegman, Hope Winters, Quinton, Beckham and Conway Polly. Ann was met in heaven by her parents, Horace and Helen Simmons, mother-in-law, Alma Keesling and grandson, Jaxon Polly.
A funeral service will be held at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service located at 229 South Rangeline Road, Anderson, IN 46012 at 2:30 P.M. on Saturday, January 7, 2017, with Ned Clark officiating
Visitation will be held Saturday from 12:30 until the service at 2:30 with burial following at East Maplewood Cemetery.
