Kelly Martin, 41, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Sunday, December 4, 2016, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald with Gus Reinhardt officiating. Interment will follow in Pinetta Cemetery, Irwin County. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Tuesday evening at the funeral home in Fitzgerald.
Kelly was born January 28, 1975, in Tifton, Georgia, to Charles Cribb and Peggy Mobley Carver. She attended Fitzgerald High School and earned her accounting certificate from Ben Hill-Irwin Tech. She worked as a cashier for the Dixie Station and also worked at Peggy’s Flowers. She loved to travel and spent five years in Michigan. She was of the Baptist faith.
Kelly is survived by her parents: Peggy & Larry Carver and Charles & Denise Cribb, all of Fitzgerald; two daughters: Tyler Martin and Skyler Dean, both of Fitzgerald; sisters: Stacy Cribb of Dallas, Sara & Rick Padgett of Fitzgerald, and Michelle Rabe of Minneapolis, Minnesota; two brothers: Dameon Carver of Fitzgerald and Scott & Tracy Carver of Bonaire; nieces, Madison Carver, Kyra, Kady & Khloe Padgett; and nephews: Zachary Carver and Jackson Carver, and Cole and Kade Rabe. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
