NEW BEDFORD — Jacqueline Cabral, 83, passed away peacefully due to a brief illness on Nov. 25, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.
Born in New Bedford, daughter of the late Sipriano and Sarah Handley Sylvia. A graduate of V.O.C. Tech, she was employed at Savoy Nursing Home for many years.
She was the wife of the late Manuel Cabral. Survived by her four children: two sons, Michael and wife Carol Medeiros, Daniel Medeiros; two daughters; Debra Medeiros, Joann Medeiros and fiance Daniel Souto; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m., Dec. 5, at the Wilson Chapel , 479 County St., New Bedford.
