Patricia Emery Timmerman
Monetta, SC – Entered into rest Friday, December 2, 2016 Mrs. Patricia Emery Timmerman, 72, wife of Mr. Bill Timmerman.
Pat was born in Lincolnton, GA, the daughter of Paul Daniel Emery, she was raised by Alex (Eleck) and Mamie Powell. She graduated from Richmond Academy in 1962 as a cosmetologist. Pat married Bill Timmerman on June 11, 1963 in Augusta, GA. Her loves were gardening, shopping and spending time with her grandchildren.
Pat was preceded in death by her father Paul Daniel Emery who gave his life August 9, 1944 in the Normandy Invasion, aunt, Mamie Powell, uncle, Eleck Powell and grandmother, Lillie Powell.
Pat is survived by her children: Randy (Gail), Paul (Tonya), Brett (Stephanie) and April (Daryl); sisters: Bertha Harr, Frances Ringer, Carolyn Bryan; sister-in-law: Gail Crum, brother-in-law: Roger (Ester); grandchildren: Brad (Amanda), Travis, Alex, Anthony, Logan, Reagan, Alania; and great grandchildren: William and Brad, Jr.
The funeral service will be Monday, December 5, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel at Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Russell Whittle officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Joe Powell, Jack Shields, Steve Nunally, Clay Morgan, Brad Edwards and Wayne Black.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN or to the Cumbee Center for Abused Persons, 135 Lancaster St SW, Aiken, SC 29801.
The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 3:00 until 5:00 P.M at
