Obituary

Dorothy G. (Mullen) Huddy 98 of Natick died Thursday,
December 1, 2016 surrounded by loving family at the Miriam
Boyd Parlin Residence in Wayland.
She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas L. Huddy, who died in 2002.
A Natick resident for 65 years she was born in Springfield the daughter of the late James E. and Katherine G. (Collins) Mullen.
Mrs. Huddy was a member of many community and Church groups including of the St. Linus Sodality, The Marian High School Mothers Guild, The Natick Women’s Club, The Leonard Morse Ladies Aid Association, and former Girl Scout Leader. Her favorite times were spent with family, grand children, great grandchildren, her bridge group and the Dandilions.
She was a graduate of Needham High School and attended Burdett
College.
She was the devoted mother of Kathleen A. Huddy of Natick, Ann
M. Spaulding of Natick and the late Joan Mc Sherry who died
in February 2016, cherished grandmother of Elizabeth McSherry Sanger and her husband Brendan of Byfield, Kathryn Spaulding Gillis and her husband Jeffrey of Oxford, Donald Paul Spaulding, Jr. and his wife Jessica of Oxford, cherished great- grand mother of Robin and Heidi Sanger, Donald Paul III, Daniel and Lilly Spaulding.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral on Wednesday, December 7th at 9:00 A.M. from the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, at Natick Common, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Linus Church at 10:00 A.M.
Visiting hours are Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M.
Interment St Mary’s Cemetery, Needham.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to the McCourt Foundation or to a Charity of one’s choice.
