CHANGE OF DATE
Denise M. Bates passed away peacefully at home on Sunday at the age of 66. Born and raised in Medford, she was the daughter of the late William F. and Dorothy Catherine (Falcione) Riley. A devoted mother, grandmother, sister and a beloved friend to many she will be missed by all who knew her.
The beloved wife of Daniel J. Bates, Jr., she was a devoted mother to Michelle Mannke, Daniel "Dapper" Bates, Michael Bates and Shawn Bates, all of Medford. She was a loving grandmother of Amanda and Robbie Mannke and a loving great-grandmother of Devin and Maya Krasco and Charli Presterone. She leaves her brothers: William Riley and his wife Roselle of Medford, Stevie Riley and his wife Barbara of Florida and Ricky Riley and Rhonda Verocchi of Malden.
A funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, Saturday December 10th at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment private.
