Asa Reaves, born April 4, 1934 passed away on November 22, 2016 after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. Beloved husband to Helena Reaves for 35 years. Loving and devoted father to Steven Reaves, Ava (Bobby) Swinton, Cynthia Garrett, Dale Martines, Rhonda Reaves & Donna (Jeff) King. Survived by his brother, Charles and sisters, Dorothy (Joe) Eckwood, Helen (Eugene) Sutton, Donna, & Mary. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours Thursday December 1, 2016 from 4 to 8 pm in the JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME, 757 E. Main Street Ventura, where there will be a Memorial Sharing service at 7pm. Funeral Services will be held at 11am Friday December 2, 2016 in Ventura Baptist Church, 5415 Ralston Street Ventura. Burial will immediately follow in Ivy Lawn Memorial Park, Ventura.
