Jean (MacIntyre) Saia passed away on November 10, 2016. She was 86 years old.
Jean was a lifelong resident of Malden and worked as a secretary at the Malden Hospital for many years.
Jean was the former wife of the late Al Saia. She was the beloved mother of Linda Jewell and her husband Robert of Everett, Alan Saia and his wife Denise of Malden and Mark Saia and his wife Lori of Tewksbury. Jean was the dear sister of Joan Golini and the late Marie Cuniff, Margaret Gianquitto and Doris Keough. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home 865 Main Street, Malden on Monday November 14th at 9:00a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Hearts Church 297 Main Street, Malden at 10:00a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Sunday November 13th from 2-6p.m. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
