Survived by loving daughter, Nancy Partch (Jess McCabe); grandchildren Richard Partch (Nikki) & Kassandra Schroeder (Josh); great grandchildren Brayden, Mason, Richard "Junior", Amber & Layne; sisters Terri Schultz & Wendy Anderson (Michael); many other friends & family. Dedicated, longtime employee of Westrock. Memorial gathering Wednesday, (11/9) from 4 - 8 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul.
