Vera O. (Ogden) Keating age 90 of Methuen, MA died Wednesday, Oct. 5th at her home.
She was born Methuen, MA, where she grew up, was educated, and was a lifelong resident. During World War II, Vera worked in the Admiral’s Office at the Boston Naval Shipyard. She was most recently a homemaker, She enjoyed traveling and going to Florida, Rockingham Park, and watching the Patriots, She was a former member of Grace Episcopal Church in Lawrence.
Vera was predeceased by her husband Cornelius Keating.
She is survived by her son Neil and his wife Carolyn Keating of Methuen, MA
Daughter: Karen and her husband David Chandler of Salem, NH
Grandchildren: Kimberly Crosby, Lindsay Rondeau, Kelly Cowan, David Chandler, and Michael Chandler.

Vera’s family would like to express their thanks to Merrimack Valley Hospice for the care and compassion they had for Vera.
Funeral services were private for the family and burial took place at Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen, MA. There were no calling hours.
