Mr. Kenneth E. Dolfe, a resident of North Andover and beloved husband of Simonne R. (Drouin) Dolfe, passed away at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill on Tuesday afternoon, August 16, 2016. He was 77 years old.
Born in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on December 2, 1938, he was the beloved son of the late Kenneth E. and Lillian (Rabidoux) Dolfe Sherburne. He graduated from Haverhill High School, class of 1956 and went on to receive an Engineering Degree from Lowell Technological Institute in 1960. He later received his M.S.
Degree in Engineering Management from Northeastern University. His career spanned more than forty years in various manufacturing management positions within the paper converting and textile industries, including several years as Vice President of Manufacturing for the Decorative Products Division of National Gypsum Company. Prior to his retirement in 2004, he worked as a management consultant to several manufacturing companies in the local area. In retirement, Kenneth enjoyed reading and surf fishing at Plum Island. He will be dearly missed.
Besides his beloved wife of 54 years, Simonne, he is survived by two loving son's; Steven Dolfe of Danvers and Daniel Dolfe of North Andover, sister; Janice Ouimette of Exeter, New Hampshire. He was also the brother of the late Natalie Pappalardo. He also leaves several nieces and nephews.
