Walter Young Ingram, III

Augusta, GA – Walter Young Ingram, III, age 89, of Augusta, Georgia husband of Norma Miller Ingram and son of the late Walter Young Ingram, Jr. and Mabel Jamison Ingram entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 12, 2016. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons Fr. Mike Ingram, Keith M. Ingram, and J. Gregory Ingram (Donna), four grandchildren Taylor M. Ingram, Sarah E. Ingram, John G. Ingram, and Drew M. Ingram and sister Ann Ingram Boyd and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Ingram was a graduate of Boys Catholic High School, a Navy veteran of WWII, and a third Degree Knight of Columbus. Following many years in Electric Sales with various companies, he retired from Millpower Electric Supply Company.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary on the Hill Catholic Church at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 with Fr. Mike Ingram as Celebrant. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be members of the Knights of Columbus.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Marist Brothers, 70-20 Juno Street, Forest Hills, NY 11375.
