COAN, Helen Mary (Ryan), 96, of Natick, died peacefully on September 30, 2018. Wife of the late Thomas Minton Coan who died in 1961. Beloved mother of Thomas M. Coan, Jr. of Natick; Edward J. Coan and his wife Margaret of Brimfield; Lawrence A. Coan and his wife Elizabeth of Natick; Francis K. Coan of Marshfield and Stephen M. Coan and his wife Patricia of Pawcatuck, CT. Sister of Florence Ferguson of Brighton. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Visitations on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Road (off Rte. 30), Wayland followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St. Linus Church, 119 Hartford Street, Natick. Interment to follow in New Calvary Cemetery in Mattapan.
