Richard Earl Terrell Obituary - Water Valley MS

Richard Earl Terrell, age 68, died Thursday, May 24, 2018 in Memphis, TN. He was born August 23, 1949 in Oxford, MS to the late Charles Henry and Lily Catherine Forsyth Terrell. He was a former member of Cora Lake Church of Christ in Memphis, TN. Richard enjoyed traveling, riding his motorcycles, and was an avid car enthusiast. He loved his children and his family and his animals.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, MS with Bro. David Floyd officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Burial will be in the Hopewell Cemetery in Yalobusha County.

Richard is survived by his wife, Tuere Imhotep Terrell of Memphis, TN; two sons, Jason Matthew Terrell of Memphis, TN and Joshua Patton Terrell of Water Valley, MS; a step-daughter, Mekesha Greer of Smyrna, TN; his brother, Johnny Lynn Terrell of Water Valley, MS; and two grandchildren, Ajene Greer and Ayanna Pillow, both of Smyrna, TN.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Ray Terrell.
