Nancy E. Hamilton (Adams), 72, passed away after a two-year battle with AML.
She retired from Presbyterian Headquarters USA. She was a member of Grace Crossing Church where she served many years on the Leadership Team as church secretary.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years Donald E. Hamilton Sr., her son Donald E. Hamilton Jr., her parents Robert and Annetta Adams, sisters Linda Forsha and Cindy Adams.
She is survived by her sons, Bryan Hamilton (Val), Paul Hamilton (Bridget), grandchildren Kelsi (Aaron), Katlyn, Lyndsey ,Aaron, Brody, and Grant Hamilton; great grandchildren Sofia, Elias, Emmett, Nora and Quinn;
Siblings Robert (Pat) Adams and Janet Davis, JoAnne (Carroll) Self, Bill (Maria) Adams and George (Peggy) Adams. She was blessed to have many nieces and nephews and close co-workers and friends.
Funeral service will be Monday at 1 P.M. at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens (West).
Visitation will be Sunday at 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
