Mary Genevie (Sheets) Paschal, 83, of Anderson was called by her Lord to enjoy eternity with Him.
She was born in Madison County to the Late Clifton and Genevie (Auten) Sheets. She graduated from Anderson High School in 1952.
After working in California for Bank of America for over 15 years and traveling with her Military husband for 8 years, she returned to Anderson and worked 32 years for the State of Indiana Employment Service before retiring in 1996. She was a life long member of Elm Grove Christian Church.
She volunteered as a "Pink Lady" at Community Hospital for over 20 years. She enjoyed reading the Bible, reading books and writing letters. She was a Rebekah Lodge member for over 20 years. She enjoyed feeding wild birds and homeless cats and dogs.
She leaves her loving brother, Bill Sheets, Sr. and two precious sons, Alan (Paula) Paschal and Joe Paschal; five grandchildren, Melonie Shaner, Tiffany V. Maas, Ryan Allman, Emily Paschal, Lee Paschal; four great- grandchildren and many dear church friends. She will be missed.
Burial will take place Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 12 noon at Perkinsville Cemetery next to her mother and grandparents.
