Doris E. Berthiaume, age 90, passed away on Nov 3, 2017 at Country Estates in Agawam. She was born on May 17, 1927 in Chicopee to the late Fidel and Annette (La Chance) Roy. She was a communicant of St Rose de Lima Church. Doris worked at the former SIS Bank as a secretary for over 30 years and for 10 years at Custom Marble Design in Agawam. She enjoyed spending time with her family and going camping. Doris was predeceased by her husband Ronald Berthiaume and two brothers Roger and Henry Roy. She leaves two sister in laws, Evangeline Roy of Chicopee and Theodora Roy of Holyoke, four nieces Helen Demers of FL, Patricia Roy of FL, Gail Cunliffe of Belchertown and Kimberly Dion of Chicopee; three nephews Carl Roy of Chicopee, Donald Roy of Westfield, Richard Roy of Holyoke and many great nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held on Sat, Dec 2, 2017 at 9:45 AM at Grise Funeral Home 280 Springfield St. Chicopee with a Mass of Christian Burial to take place at 11 AM in St Rose de Lima Church. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Calling Hours will be held on Fri, Dec 1, 2017 from 5 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
