New Bedford – Cesar P. Bicho, age 68 of New Bedford, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2017 at his home with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Maria A. (Pavao) Bicho and son of the late Maria dosAnjos (Vieira) and Jose Bicho. Cesar was born in Vila Franca St Michael, Azores, Portugal.
He is survived by his wife Maria, daughters; Paula Araujo and Anna Bicho both of New Bedford; his grandchildren; Daryl , Sean and Katelynn Araujo, Jaivon and Adrian Almeida, his siblings Jose Silvester Bicho and Zenaida Duarte; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Alberto Bicho, Elvira and Maria.
His funeral will be Friday beginning in the funeral home at 8:45 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial following at Our Lady of Guadelupe at St James Church at 10:00 A.M. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Thursday evening from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M.
