THOMPSON, CT – Sally A. (Kochanowski) Mrozinski, 84, died Thursday, June 1, 2017 in Davis Place of Danielson after a short illness. Her husband of 34 years, Henry J. “Hank” Mrozinski, Jr., died in 2013.
She leaves a son, William J. Kennedy and his wife Deidre of Webster, MA; 3 daughters, Kimberly J. Eldridge of Barre, MA, Karen J. Bacon and her companion Kris St.Onge of Webster, MA, and Kathleen J. Kennedy of Thompson; 4 grandchildren, William and Shawn Kennedy, Brandon Katrenak and Ryan Bacon; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; a sister, Marion DeBerry of Hampton, VA; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Christopher Kennedy in 2014.
She was born in Dudley and raised in Dudley and Webster, a daughter of Anthony and Antoinette (Skrzypczak) Kochanowski. She moved to Thompson in 1974. She graduated from Bartlett High School in Webster in 1951.
Mrs. Mrozinski was a homemaker all her life.
She was a communicant of Saint Joseph Basilica in Webster. She enjoyed visiting St. Anne’s Shrine in Fiskdale, MA. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family.
The funeral will be held on Saturday, June 17, at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb St., Webster, MA. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Donations in her name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
