Fitchburg – Denise E. (Olinder) Hampson was born on September 7, 1955 to the late Carl and Elaine Vouri. She passed away on April 10, 2017 after a courageous battle against breast cancer. She is survived by her 3 children – a son Kyle (saint) Hampson and his girlfriend Jayne Corliss. Daughter, Kristin (grapes) Hampson and her girlfriend Karen Richard, daughter Kimberly (glorious mother to children) Hampson and her boyfriend David Berkland. 5 amazing grandchildren, Tyler and Faith Hampson, Kadence, Caley and Aylah Rantakyto. Denise also had 5 bonus grandchildren, Samantha Rantakyto, Jacy Kretas, Jj, Jayde and Jerald Villiers. Her bonus daughter Kirsten (sunshine) Thompson, her beloved sister, Judi Olinder, her presious sister, Melissa Dooley and her husband Steve, her honorable brother Scott Vouri and his wife Robin. Denise loved going to the beaches in Maine with her friend Linda and vacations to Story Land with her grandchildren. Denise provided many selfless acts of caring and unconditional love during her lifetime and will be deeply missed.
Friends and family are invited to gather on Saturday, April 22 from 10 to 11 AM at the First Church of Christ, Unitarian 725 Main Street Lancaster. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM in the church. Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral home 12 Hammond St. Worcester is assisting the family.
