WORCESTER- Mr. Robert P. Mancini, 87, passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 4th.
Robert was born on May 21, 1929 in Worcester, a son of the late Michael and Mary (Fazio) Mancini.

A lifelong resident of Worcester, Robert was educated through the Worcester Schools. He served his country in the Army during the Korean Conflict.

Robert worked as a machinist for over forty years, most recently at Sem-Tec up until his retirement. Over the last few years he worked for Fortin’s Grocery Market filling home shopping orders, at Stop and Shop in the Bakery Dept. and as a crossing guard for the Worcester Public Schools.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Evelyn (Litchfield) Mancini, two sons, Jeffrey Mancini and his wife Lorraine, Jody Mancini; two daughters, Robin Mancini, Wendy Mancini and her husband Paul Annand; a brother, Rudolph Mancini; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

His funeral will take place on Monday, April 10th at FAZIO FUNERAL HOME, 9 Branch St Worcester. Visiting hours will be from 9:30 to 11:00am on Monday, April 10th followed by a prayer service at 11:00am in the Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
