Dorothy L. (Sullivan) Souza, 77, of Auburn died at home surrounded by her family. She was predeceased by her first husband of 17 years, Richard Leveillee who died in 1974 and her second husband of 10 years, Kenneth A. Souza who died in 1990. She leaves three sons, Richard H. Leveillee of Worcester, Michael D. Leveillee of Auburn and Robert J. Leveillee and his wife, Jill of Clyde, NC; a daughter, Laura-Jean Leveillee of Melbourne, FL; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
She was born in Worcester, the daughter of John and Kathryn (Dempsey) Sullivan and graduated from the former High School of Commerce. Dorothy worked as a home health aide for 15 years with the VNA of Worcester and Auburn and previously worked at Riel’s Quick Shoppe in Auburn. She had a passion for cooking for her family and keeping a clean house.
A calling hour will be held on Sunday, April 2nd from 2:00 until 3:00 PM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester followed by a service at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
