Matthew E. Charette, 36, passed away Monday, March 27, 2017 in his home.
He leaves his 2 children; Olivia and Timothy Charette of Spencer, his parents Ronald E. and Virginia E. (Gorham) Charette of Charlton, his brother, Christopher Charette and his wife Rebecca and 2 nephews, Drake and Preston Charette of Orlando, FLA., along with aunts, uncles cousins and his former wife, Sarah L. (Kay) Charette of Spencer.
Matthew was born in Worcester, and lived in Charlton most of his life. He graduated from Shephard Hill Regional High School and Nichols College where he earned his degree in business. He was employed as a sales representative for Exagrid of Marlborough, MA. and was also the C.E.O. of Redphone Records, recording and promoting many Hip-Hop artists.
Matthew was an avid sports fan, he helped coach his son’s baseball team and he played on many sports teams growing up.
A devoted father, son, brother and friend, Matthew is best remembered for his sense of humor. His laughter was contagious, often playing practical jokes on others.
He leaves a legacy of love and laughter for all who knew him.
Calling Hours will be Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 10am-12(noon) at the Robert J.MILLER-CHARLTON FUNERAL HOME, 175 Old Worcester Rd., Charlton, followed by a Service at 12 noon in the funeral home.
A Reception will be at 2pm at the Worcester Community Center, 47 Camp St., Worcester, MA. 01603.
