East Bridgewater – James W. Bryan, age 45, of East Bridgewater formerly of Quincy passed away suddenly at home, March 10, 2017. Beloved son of Margaret A. “Peggy” (Rowe) of East Bridgewater and the late Walter F. Bryan; father of Alexandra, Jake, Maxwell, and the late Cole Bryan. Dear brother of Megan Glynn and husband Garry of Norwell, and Kate Collins and husband Daniel of Hanover. Also survived by caring nieces, nephews, aunts, and cousins. A 1990 graduate of North Quincy High School, he attended Norwich University and UMass Boston. Not only was Jim a talented athlete, he took immense pride coaching and watching his children in their own sporting endeavors. He had a quick wit, a gift of gab, and a fantastic memory. Jim was truly larger than life! He will be lovingly remembered.
Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton, Thursday 3- 7 pm closing with a Celebration of Life Service at 7 pm. Burial will be private.
