Obituary

Whitney Parker, 69, of Worcester, died Monday, February 20th in St. Vincent Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Patricia M. (Duff) Parker; three sons, Michael D. Parker of Fall River, Daniel R. and Barry C. Parker both of Worcester; two daughters, Rebecca Hart and Heather Borelli both of Worcester; seven grandchildren, Bailey and Kaitlyn Bradley, Sabrina and Amanda Borelli, Macayla Madden and Noah and Lilly Parker; his great-granddaughter, Violet Borelli and many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by a daughter, Tiffany Bradley.

He was born in Marlborough the son of Lewis and Corinne (Mathieu) Parker. Mr. Parker had retired as an independent contractor with the Worcester Telegram and Gazette where he had worked for 20 years. He had been previously employed by Quality Seafoods and Nuclear Metals. Whitney enjoyed playing poker, watching the Patriots and the Red Sox, cruises with his wife, John Wayne movies and watching Perry Mason.

Calling hours are Sunday, February 26th from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. at O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Funeral services and burial will be private.
