Patricia (Diver) Hart passed away on January 24, 2017, her loving family by her side. Born in Boston, Patricia was a retired Registered Nurse. She loved being with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was the beloved wife of the late William Hart. Devoted mother of William Hart and his wife Gail of Hanover, Michael J. Hart and his wife Terri of FL, Thomas Hart and his wife Ellen of Walpole, Patricia M. Lundbohm and her husband Robert (ret. B.P.D.), Irene M. Hart (B.P.D.) and Carolyn Flaherty (B.P.D.) and her husband Thomas all of Dorchester. Loving grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter Church, 311 Bowdoin St., Dorchester 02122 Saturday morning at 10. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton Friday 4 to 8PM. Burial Cedar Grove Cemetery.
