Obituary

Auburn: Robert "Boston Bob" Drolet, 76, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016 at home following an illness. He leaves his wife of 31 years, Jane (Sheehan) Drolet; 3 daughters- Michelle Lopez, Mona Lisa Murray and Melinda Carlson, all of Attleboro; 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; a sister- Geraldine Brissette of Foxboro; and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was pre-deceased by a brother Donald Drolet, and 6 sisters- Roberta Aitken, Ethel Jarvis, Dorothy Campbell, Mary Knox, Margaret Caise, and Betty Giovanni.

Bob was born in Boston, son of the late Clarence and Elizabeth (Fallon) Drolet. He graduated from High School and worked as a supervisor for Azrock Industries until retirement. He was an active member and Trustee of the Auburn Sportsman's Club, a member of the Mansfield Elk's Club, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gambling.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 from 5-7 p.m. in Nordgren Funeral Home 300 Lincoln St. Worcester. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
