Charlton
Dolor R. Pearson, 76, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016 peacefully in his home with his beloved wife of 54 years at his bedside.
He leaves his wife of Janice A. (Keenan) Pearson who he married September 15, 1962, many nieces and nephews and 2 sisters
Dolor was born October 15, 1939 in Bangor, Maine, the son of the late Earl L. and Frances (Reed) Pearson, he was also predeceased by a brother.
He proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1958 to 1961.
He and his wife built their own home in 1971, something that they both enjoyed.
Dolor worked for many years at the former Rex-Nord Co. in Auburn for 22 years before they closed and then worked at Micro-Networks in Worcester where he retired.
He was a member of Smith-Wiley Post #4 American Legion in Gardiner, Maine and a Life Member of Worcester VFW.
Dolor was an avid fan of the New England Patriots and also was a pet lover, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
The family would like to give a special Thank You to their devoted neighbors, also to Thank Dr. David Shepro and his staff, Dr. Peter Lindbland and Dr. Fitzgerald.
Calling Hours will be Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 5PM to 8 PM at the ROBERT J. MILLER-CHARLTON FUNERAL HOME, 175 Old Worcester Rd.
Funeral Service for Dolor will be Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 10AM in the funeral Home.
A Private burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Catholic Cemetery in Bangor, Maine
