Ronald (Ronnie) Beauregard passed away peacefully at home on July 1, 2016 after a brief illness.
Ronnie is survived by his wife of 38 years Kathryn (Manzello), his daughters Nychele (Beauregard) Clark and her husband Russell, Kathryn (Katie) Beauregard and her husband Paul Fournier , Jena-Lynn Beauregard and her partner Julian Pepper, his grandchildren, Ella, Travis, Nolan and Lorelei, two sisters, Elizabeth Young and her husband Gordon , Barbara Grilla and her husband Michael, two brothers, Ernest and his wife Carole, Donald and his wife Antoinette, two brothers in law, William Manzello and his wife Katherine, Christopher Manzello and his partner Ann Revicki, two sisters in law, Mary (Manzello) Larson and her husband Steven and Anne (Manzello) Kennedy and her husband John, several nieces and nephews, his dog Stella, and a large extended family.
He is predeceased by two sisters, Pauline (Beauregard) Millette and Therese (Torrey) Beauregard and his dogs Daisey Mae and Bebe.
Ronnie was born in Worcester on December 30, 1956 to the late Ernest and Irene (Bourassa) Beauregard.
Ronnie worked at Worcester State University for 25 years retiring in September 2015.
Ronnie was an avid fisherman who shared his knowledge of the sport with all of his friends and relatives, especially his daughters and his grandson and best friend Nolan. After retiring from Worcester State University Ronnie spent much of his time doing what he loved, hunting and fishing with his friends and family. Over the years Ronnie accumulated many awards and accolades and trophies for his fishing endeavors and displayed them proudly in his home.
All are welcome to gather with Ronnie’s family on Saturday, July 9th at 11:00 AM at the 8 Point Sportsmen’s Club, 147 Beaman Rd, Sterling, MA to share memories of a life well lived. His Celebration of Life will begin at 11:00am followed by a reception at the club.
