Timothy T.Q. Ngo, 63, of Shrewsbury died Thursday, May 26th in UMass Memorial Medical Center. He leaves his wife of 41 years, Emily (Nguyen) Ngo; two sons, Christopher Ngo of St. Louis, MO and Charles Ngo of Memphis, TN; a brother; three sisters and three grandchildren, Madelyn, Edward and Emelia.
He was born in Vietnam and worked as an engineer at Intel for 25 years. Timothy enjoyed working around the house and tinkering with gadgets.
His funeral is Wednesday, June 1st beginning at 8:00 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue followed by cremation at All Faith’s Crematory, 7 Island Road, Worcester. Calling hours are Tuesday, May 31st from 2:00 until 7:00 PM in the funeral home.
