Samuel A. Pino, Jr. passed away unexpectedly on Thursday at the age of 55. The son of the late Samuel and Ann M. (Palmisano) Pino, Sam was born and raised in Medford. With his father he owned and operated Samuel Pino Amusement, a carnival company held in the family for 50 years. Sam sold the business a few years ago but continued to work in the industry. A Medford resident for most of his life, he resided in North Andover for nearly 20 years.


The loving father of Samuel A. Pino III of North Andover, Stephanie N. Pino of Medford, Jennifer M., Nicholas W., Olivia R., and Jacquelyn A. Pino all of North Andover, he was the former husband of Rita E. (McManus) Pino. He was also the dear brother of Mary E. Pino of Medford.

His funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford, Tuesday June 16 at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, at 10 am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday
4-8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
