Paul Travaglione, 34 of Medford, died Monday August 18, after a long illness in the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston.

Born in Boston, he was a lifelong resident of Medford. A 1998 graduate of Medford High School. Paul was a Waiter and Maitre’d at Riccardos Restaurant a family business, in Boston’s North End.

The beloved son of Lois Travaglione of Medford and Richard Travaglione and his wife Linda of Stoneham. Loving brother of Richard Travaglione Jr. and his wife Adriana of Danvers, Jason Travaglione and his wife Maria of Lynnfield and Michael Travaglione of Stoneham. Loving uncle of Domenic, Mario, Luca and Gia. Cherished grandson of Frances DeVico of Boston’s North End and the late William DeVico and the late Mario and Helen Travaglione. He was the adored nephew of William “Uncle Bill” DeVico Jr. of Boston’s North End. Paul also was loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday August 21 in St. Raphael Church, 512 High Street, Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours have respectfully been omitted. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
