Robert Dunning Tilroe was born 7/21/1940 in Cornwall, NY and passed away on 9/1/2013 in Derry, N.H. He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Nicole (Nikki) Ann Agee Tilroe, and his brother, George Dexter Tilroe of Elsmere, NY. Robert graduated from Bethlehem Central HS, Delmar NY and received a BA from State University of NY at Albany and a MS in Radio/TV from Syracuse University. He served in the Maine National Guard. Robert creatively lived his life as a teacher, professional dancer, children's television producer, puppeteer, college professor, magician, and non-fiction writer. One of his and Nikki's most remembered projects was the 1980's television show, Today's Special. Robert is survived by his sister-in-law, two nieces and a nephew who will always remember their magical Uncle Bob. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
