Faye Smith, 86, passed away Friday April 20, 2012 at Norton Audubon Hospital.
She was born in Broadhead, KY to Chaint & Mattie (Frith) Lear.
Faye was retired from Phillip Morris Corp. and was a faithful member of Faith Praise & Worship Center.
She was preceded in death by her Parents and a Son: Gary Taylor.
Survivors include 3 Daughters: Peggy A. “Ge-Ge” Taylor, Glenda M. Thomas (Mike), and Rhonda F. Hill (Kevin);
8 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren; a Brother: Bill Lear (Ann) and a Sister: Ina Short.
Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday at Faith Praise & Worship Center, 160 Zoneton Rd. Shepherdsville, KY., with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
